Our Services

Appointments

When you first arrive at the office please check in with the front desk. Help us stay on time by being prompt. We will do our best to stay on time, but we do admit that it is often impossible to predict the length of treatment time or what emergencies may have to be worked in. Please be patient. It may be you that needs emergency treatment someday. If you have to wait more than 15 minutes, please check at the front desk and they will find out the reason for the delay. We do try to confirm our appointments by phone the day before, however, it is still up to you to remember that date and time of your appointment.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We may then use the slot for another patient. Those patients who consistently fail to comply with this policy will be charged a $50 fee after 3 broken appointments.

Insurance

Dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company to help you pay your dental bills. When you choose to see a dentist, it is your responsibility, and yours alone to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or other balance not paid by your insurance company. We will be happy to file your insurance for you after each visit and answer any questions you may have. We ask that you please furnish us with forms and all other information to file your insurance (for both primary and secondary if you are covered under two policies).
